Shipping and Pick up

1. Domestic Shipping: Orders within Metro Manila will be delivered within 2 -3 business days. Orders outside Metro Manila will be delivered within 3- 5 business days.
2. International Shipping: For international destinations, please email us at brandonchanmanila@gmail.com for inquiries and shipping details.
3. Pickup Orders: If you prefer to pick up your order, please coordinate with us in advance to schedule your pick-up time and location.
   

Custom RTW orders 

1. Custom size and color are accepted.
2. To determine your size range, we take your bust, waist and hip measurements to make your dress. Send us a message via email brandonchanmanila@gmail.com or call us at +63 915 844 3357 to further assist you on the measurement guide. 
3. The price may vary depending on the fabric consumption. 

Alteration 

1. Alterations: We offer alteration services for Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items, priced between Php 700 to Php 1,000. The lead time for alterations is typically 3-5 Days.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

Please note that cancellations and refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed.
